Just to confirm what I said on the phone earlier. The holiday we booked with Alex was fabulous, the villa was superb, clean, spacious with a lovely pool in a great neighbourhood, very secure. The flights were good, connections not a problem and the directions from the airport to Elite were very good also from there on to the villa excellent, as a first timer abroad I was very impressed and shall recommend your company as first class.

The only snag was the hire car as they had only allotted us a five seater car, bit of a problem as there were seven of us, there was not a minivan available but he eventually gave us a Dodge Durango which was really comfy and was easy to drive.

All in all we have had a wonderful holiday most memorable and look forward to booking with you again in the future.

We have just returned from Florida, all 13 of us, and would just like to say a big thank you to you all. The trip was arranged by Alex who we found to be very informative and helpful.I have never arranged a holiday on the Internet before and I must tell I was worried before we left. From the moment we all arrived at Gatwick everything went to plan. Northwest Airlines were fantastic with my elderly mother in law and great with the 6 children. On arrival in Orlando our hire cars were waiting for us, the directions to the villa were spot on. Now the villa, this can only be described as perfect, I could go on about it for hours (as I do in the pub) Wonderfully decorated, clean with a lovely pool. The added security of a gated complex,made us very relaxed, knowing the kids could not wonder too far. The pool bar who was run by Grace and Lisa made us all so welcome. In all a brilliant 2 weeks and cant wait to return. So its a BIG BIG thank you from the Dudley's and the Hibbert's.

Just come back from a fantastic Christmas holiday booked through you. Everything was just perfect thank you!!!!

Just a short note to say that we had a lovely holiday, everything went just right. The flights, accomodation and car hire were just as booked. On the first villa in Highlands Reserve I would just like to say this was out of the world. Five Bedrooms not four.
