Las Vegas is an awe inspiring attraction in itself. The casinos on The Strip, Paradise Road, Flamingo  Road,  Valley View Boulevard, The Las Vegas Boulevard, the slot machines with their jingles and the stacks of mega bucks and chips which make this fantastic sin city, Las Vegas!

The best hotel-casinos on the strip have changed radically recently, due to the competitiveness between casinos after the Wynn Las Vegas hotel-casino was built, for a mere $ 2.7, billion in 2005. A seven storey artificial mountain greets you in the foyer. Finding what is behind it is like walking into heaven from a parched desert. Be stunned by the waterfalls, fountains, and mountain views.

Caesars Palace is a Greek Roman style casino-hotel with goddesses, fountains, classical statues and a 4 ton Brahma Shrine at the front entrance.

Enjoy the special tropical Mandalay Bay. Stroke a mini shark in its aquarium between poker games.  It won’t bite your wallet. Go Caribbean in Treasure Island.

What about the fabulous Hollywood themed MGM Grand, the Paris Las Vegas, and the ludicrous Egyptian Luxor. Gorgeous all of them. The likes of the luxury Palm Casino Resort is for airhead pop stars and poor little rich people, who should be relieved of their too easily earned cash!? Who cares? No one!

There are budget hotels for the economically conscious  too. Such as the family friendly, Circus Circus,  Bills’ Gamblin’ Hall and Saloon.

Be sure to see The Stratosphere Tower, The Cirque du Soleil, The Star Trek Experience and enjoy the surf in Mandalay Bay Pool.
